Dear Friends:
Many readers will remember the highly-acclaimed, award-winning 1970 movie, Patton. It starred George C. Scott as the famous general who led American troops in North Africa and Europe during World War II. In the movie, there is a famous scene in which Patton, located at the top of a mound, has his binoculars trained on advancing German tanks and infantry as they headed toward American-held positions during the North African campaign.
After raising and lowering his binoculars several times, a broad smile spreads over Patton’s face. Having studied the military record and tactics of his enemy, he recognized a pattern in the scene that was unfolding before him. Knowing what was going on, he triumphantly proclaims: “Rommel, you magnificent b......., I read your book.” When this writer first saw the movie soon after its release, he didn’t understand and grasp the great significance of these simple words. Their true importance didn’t gel in his mind until a number of years later. This discovery has served him well over the years.
Take, for example, these words from Science of Government Founded on Natural Law, 1841, written by Clinton Roosevelt, a distant relative of both Theodore Roosevelt and Franklin Roosevelt. Clinton had obviously imbibed enthusiastically of the “one-world” philosophy developed some years earlier by Adam Weishaupt, founder of the Luciferian Illuminati, the most secret of the secret societies. In the preface of his small, 112-page book, Roosevelt left no doubt in the mind of the reader with regard to his own perceived superior intellect and wisdom. “A large work would have been much more imposing in appearance, but the truth is, long works and long speeches are rarely made by men of powerful thought. The giant draws up by the roots the tree, which the pygmy hacks upon the livelong day... The giant says the work is done and points to his prostrate enemy.” In his book, Clinton Roosevelt wrote that the “dreadful thought (came home to his understanding) that there is no God of justice to order things aright on earth; if there is a God, he is a malicious and revengeful being who created us for misery. If so, why toil for happiness?” (p.18.)
The “obvious” answer, the “illuminated” Clinton Roosevelt concluded, based on misinformation, false premises, and his own monumental ego, was the one devised by Adam Weishaupt: the elimination of national governments and the creation of a one world government — the regimentation of society under the control of those who, like himself, were the “enlightened ones.” He revealed their plan to emasculate and then destroy the Constitution which he likened to a “leaky vessel” which was “hastily put together when we left the British flag.”
TEDDY ROOSEVELT
The fact that latter-day Roosevelts were aware of these hidden objectives is evidenced by the following passage from Owen Wister’s book, Roosevelt: The Story of a Friendship, published in 1930. Giving an account of a conversation that took place in the late 1890s, Wister wrote: “‘How long do you give for the government in Washington to last?,’ I asked Teddy (Roosevelt) and (Cabot) Lodge, as we sat lunching.
“These two students and writers — and makers — of history, and the causes which led to the downfall of empires, kingdoms and republics that have had their day and gone into the night, were both silent for a moment; then one of them said, ‘About fifty years.’ Which of the two set this limit I do not recall; I remember only that the other did not contradict him.”
Do the math! Adding “about 50 years” to the 1890s, we come up with the 1940s. That finds us right in the middle of Franklin D. Roosevelt’s “New Deal” which essentially wrote “finis” to America’s Constitutional, biblically-based Republic. FDR ushered in a “democracy” and an era of ever-expanding government intervention plus a vast array of unconstitutional laws and regulations forced on the gullible populous through a never-ending series of deliberate, manmade “emergencies.” As H.L. Mencken observed years ago, in a democracy [in which man makes his own rules, as opposed to a biblically-based Republic governed by the immutable, never-changing absolute standards of holy writ] civilization “tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary.” This “craziness” is used as a “cover” under which the powers-that-be can “justify” the endless explosion in the size of civil government. “We’re from the government. We’re here to help you.” FDR was a pastmaster of such political manipulation.
Thus, under cover of a long series of manmade “emergencies,” power is systematically taken from the formerly sovereign individual and States and placed in the iron grip of the federal government. In this manner, the feds eventually became the sole arbiters of what is allegedly “right” and “wrong.” It’s called “political correctness,” and has proven a powerful tool in the hands of those who pride themselves on their intellectual “eliteness,” and strive to make mankind their docile, unquestioning slaves.
“EDUCATION”
Right from the beginning, Adam Weishaupt recognized that it was “necessary to gain the common people to our Order. The best means to that end is influence in the schools.” The peasants would have to be brainwashed into abandoning traditional values, and indoctrinated into blinding accepting whatever “values” were deemed necessary for the creation of a new world order or one world government. The “education” systems in various nations would be invaluable in getting people to go along with the program.
In the United States, their basic program was laid out in 1906 with the publication of what was known as Occasional Letter #1, by the Rockefeller-funded General Education Board: “In our dreams we have limitless resources, and the people yield themselves with perfect docility to our molding hands. The present education conventions [biblical values, patriotism, loyalty, integrity etc.] fade from their minds and, unhampered by tradition, we work our own good will upon a grateful and responsive rural folk...”
The early 1900s saw a second Roosevelt loom large on the political scene, when Theodore (Teddy) Roosevelt, who had been vice-president, succeeded President McKinley who was assassinated six months into his second term. Roosevelt was president from September 14, 1901 to 1909. He was succeeded by William Howard Taft with whom he was at odds.
In the presidential election of 1912, when Taft looked likely to retain the presidency by defeating the Establishment/banker-favored Woodrow Wilson, Roosevelt jumped into the race after founding the short-lived Progressive (“Bull Moose”) Party. His aim was to draw millions of voters away from supporting Taft. The gambit worked, and Wilson emerged the winner — becoming the 28th president of the United States. The powers-that-be, who “had the goods” on Wilson in the form of love letters he had written to his mistress (the wife of a Princeton professor) while he was president of that prestigious institution a few years earlier (Hidden Tyranny, by Benjamin Freedman, pgs.7-9.)
The book Philip Dru: Administrator: A Story of Tomorrow — 1920-1935, written in novel form by the notorious “Colonel” E. Mandell House, tells the story of how Wilson was maneuvered into the presidency and, for eight years, did exactly what he was told. Wilson’s deeds included signing into law three planks of the Communist Manifesto, thus severely undermining the basic laws and principles upon which the Constitutional Republic was based. It is worth noting that during Wilson’s presidency repeated reference was made to America supposedly being a “democracy.” For example, the American people were told that our participation in World War I involved “saving the world for democracy.” In reality, our involvement in that bloodbath was part of the plan to destroy the American Republic in order to clear the way for an unconstitutional “democracy” in which the laws and statutes would be made by politicians (and their behind-the-scenes controllers and manipulators) without adherence to the Constitution and the biblically-based laws that were the foundation of the American Republic.
As is clear from Woodrow Wilson’s book, The New Freedom: (acompilation and condensation of his 1912 campaign speeches, published by Doubleday), the president was in favor of most of the changes clandestinely planned for the transformation of the United States.
LEAGUE OF NATIONS
In 1919, toward the end of his presidency, Wilson — at the strong urging of his hidden mentors — pushed for the creation of what became known as the League of Nations. The League came into being as a result of the Treaty of Versailles. However, Wilson’s desire to be one of the chief architects of this early effort to create a new world order proved a failure. On November 19, 1919 — after 55 days of debate, and by a vote of 38-53 — the Senate refused to ratify the Treaty. The vast majority of Americans were against making longer-term agreements with nations that were frequently antagonistic and dismissive of those values that had made America a great nation. Sneeringly referred as “isolationists” by their critics, they favored the sage advice passed down by George Washington in his Farewell Address: Such “combinations and associations ... are likely in the course of time and things, to become potent enemies by which cunning, ambitious and unprincipled men will be able to subvert the power of the people and usurp for themselves the reins of government: destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion... The jealousy of a free people ought to be constantly awake, since history and experience prove that foreign influence is one of the most baneful [deadly, malevolent] foes of Republican government... It is our clear policy to steer clear of permanent alliance with any portion of the foreign world.” [This was the prevailing sentiment of most Americans during the subsequent presidencies of Harding, Coolidge, and Hoover — and even right up to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.]
After failing to lure the American people into their “League of Nations” and proposed new world order trap in 1919, the internationalists adopted another ploy. They opened a branch of Britain’s Royal Institute of International Affairs in America. With headquarters in New York, it was named the Council on Foreign Relations. Later dubbed “America’s invisible government” by FBI agent Dan Smoot, the CFR was destined to supply many of the top presidential advisers in subsequent years.
Following America’s rejection of internationalism under the Harding, Coolidge and Hoover administrations, and their basic adherence to Constitutional law, the privately-owned, international banker-controlled “Federal” Reserve System flooded America with easy credit, creating the economic boom of the “Roaring Twenties.” Then, in 1929, they pulled the rug out from under the artificially created prosperity, precipitating the Wall Street stock market crash — which ultimately resulting in the Great Depression. This, in turn, led to the election of Franklin D. Roosevelt, whose New Deal systematically destroyed constitutional government and set the scene for America’s transformation into a Socialist welfare state. Under the banner of “democracy,” the State assumed the role “god” — promising to take care of all the needs of its obedient subjects from the cradle to the grave. In 2010 we can now see the political and economic “fruits” of this diabolical insanity. American society is now in open rebellion against everything that is just and true. With everyone doing what seems right in their own eyes, America is coming apart at the seams. While wallowing in moral depravity, political and spiritual insanity, and unpayable debt, Americans indulge in the most bizarre forms of escapism that put to shame similar efforts by former “great” powers like Rome.
We repeatedly and increasingly delude ourselves into believing there is a political solution to what is fundamentally a spiritual problem. We are too dumb and blind to recognize there is basically no ideological difference between the “democratic” and “republican” parties. As the late George Wallace observed, “there’s not a dime’s worth of difference between them.”
Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, of London’s Daily Telegraph, lived in the Washington, DC area for years. As an independent observer of the American political scene, he recorded his impressions of what is assumed by most of America’s naive and gullible inhabitants to be the land of the free and home of the brave. “I can’t really accept that America has a functioning two-party system... I really think it’s a one-party establishment... This is a single party state with two faces.” Comparing America’s alleged two-party system with the “Greens” and the “Blues” of the Byzantine era of the Roman Empire, Evans-Pritchard declares, “Who can figure out which is which and who stands for what? They are just two factions bidding for power... I don’t see any coherent difference between the Democrats and the Republicans except on certain social issues.
“What happens with the press is that they get subsumed into this club. They get invited to barbecues on Saturday afternoon with the director of the FBI ... and by then they’re compromised. Nobody has to buy them off... they lose their independent, contrarian judgment. It happens by osmosis — they just assimilate their perspectives and points of view. You become friends with all these people and you begin to think like them.”
Do reporters covering Capitol Hill encounter pressure or interference? “Everybody does. Nobody even has to say anything for you are aware of it. You know where the boundaries are — you just know. You know the way people behave and the way people talk to you... You have the illusion of this huge diversified press in America, but it’s actually a very, very steep pyramid. The major national news stories are controlled by ... only six or seven people... Essentially, the agenda is set by this very small group.”
Repeatedly, for more than three decades we have attempted to draw the attention of readers to the reality of what Evans-Prichard said in the above quoted article. We quoted Dr. Carroll Quigley’s 1966 book Tragedy and Hope, to show the accuracy of Evans-Pritchard’s assessment. It might be beneficial, in this overall context and for the benefit of new readers, to note that — as documented in Fourth Reich of the Rich and Descent Into Slavery?, both by this writer — this “oneness” movement has been developing nationally and internationally for well over 100 years. It is part of an on-going, long-term worldwide movement to create a Godless, totalitarian new world order, or one world government. Under the direction of the Luciferian Illuminati, and with the backing of international finance, the plan involves socialism, communism, liberalism, democracy and other like-minded movements, all of which are controlled at the top by the same forces.
REVIVAL AFTER NOVEMBER’S ELECTION?
Hope seems to dwell eternal for most “republican” voters. They elect and habitually reelect to supposedly “represent” them individuals who endlessly deceive them. The fact that they do this over and over again while expecting different results each time staggers the imagination. It’s a clear sign of political insanity. BOHICA!
Most seem to have forgotten the Republican’s infamous “Contract With America” heavily promoted during the 1994 Congressional election campaign. Republican leader, Newt Gingrich promised it would help the long-suffering nation in many ways. Millions of the faithful flocked to the polls and, after 40 years, gave the “republicans” control of Congress. But the whole “Contract” proved to be nothing more than a fraud — a con job on American suckers. Shortly after the election, Washington-based Roll Call, obtaineda tape on which Gingrich admitted to the con, stating it was designed to control the large and stridently conservative freshmen that were expected to come into the House following the 1994 mid-term elections. On the confidential tapes, Gingrich stated, “Nobody fully understands this... it was in fact a training implementation document masquerading as a public relations device for the freshmen when they arrived... It was guaranteed ... that the House Republican Party would have to behave in a deviant manner from what it was morally expected to do.” The record shows that under the phony “republicans” nothing constructive was accomplished. No egregious legislation was repealed. The welfare state continued its advance. No federal programs or departments were axed. No budgets were cut. In fact, things just got worse. A few years later, under two President George W. Bush administrations, the federal deficit doubled, and draconian “security” measures were implemented following the “Arab terrorist attacks” on New York’s World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
Now, as we approach the mid-term elections on November 2, the phony “republicans” are up to their dirty, lying tricks again. They have just unveiled yet another scam on their gullible adherents: their “Pledge To America.” The new monstrosity is being strenuously promoted by the same Newt Gingrich who conned the American sheeple into buying his original scam, less than two decades ago. This serial adultery-committing, whoremongering charlatan, who abandoned his first wife when she was in hospital dying of cancer — and while “playing the field” among female aids and acquaintances on Capitol Hill — can only trusted to do one thing — deceive. His new abomination is yet another fraud. It does absolutely nothing to address the real perils towering over America. In essence, this “Pledge” is a carefully crafted document calculated to, yet again, deceive voters who — despite all the evidence to the contrary — cling tenaciously to empty rhetoric as opposed to reality.
America’s deadly disease is spiritual, not political in nature. Returning to our original, “I read your book....” theme, there is really only one book to which we can go to get the answers to our problems. That book is the Bible. It, alone, is Truth (John 17:17). It is clear that the whole world is satanically deceived (Revelation 12:9). This sole source of pure truth reveals that in these last days Satan (Lucifer) is in the process of putting together a political and spiritual power base from which he, in his psychopathic delusions and craziness, plans to challenge the Creator for complete control over everything. The Satanically-controlled nations “have one mind, and they shall give their power and strength unto the beast (the newly formed world government). These shall make war with the Lamb (Jesus Christ, John
1:29,36), and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is the Lord of lords, and King of kings, and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful” (Revelation 17:13-14). See also Revelation 17:11-16 for a more complete picture of the ultimate defeat of Satan, and the total triumph of the Lord Jesus Christ. “Let God be true and every man a liar” (Romans 3:7).
Best Wishes,
Des Griffin
